As well as our villa owners accepting reasonable offers from clients on their normal prices, we would also like to offer the following fantastic promotions for the selection of properties listed below:

Villa 381 - 10% discount during July, 100% payable at time of booking.

Villa 376 - 10% discount on a two week booking at any time.

Villa 402 - 10% discount on a two week booking at any time.

Villa 308 - 7 nights for the price of 6 or 20% discount on a full month's booking.

Villa 320 - During July, buy one week, get the second week half price. (Ideally 2-16 July or 3-17 July).

Villa 339 - Four weeks for the price of three or 20% discount on a three week booking or 15% discount on a two week booking or for US clients pay US$ 25,800 instead of €25,800!

Villa 317 - 10% discount for a one week booking or 15% discount for a two week booking. Payment must be made in full at time of booking.

Villa 379 - 15% discount offered on any booking, minimum one week - normal terms and conditions apply.

Villa 033 - 15% discount on any firm booking made before April 1st.

Villa 281 - July/August/September - subject to availability - 3 weeks for price of 2, 4 weeks for price of 3.

Villa 060 - Will offer a case of wine or equivalent for any full rate booking; other than this owner will consider any offers of rental rates (will not include wine with discount).

Villa 280 - 10% discount for 2 week booking, 15% discount for 3 week booking, 25% for 4 week booking. Will provide snacks and cold drinks in fridge upon arrival.

Villa 051 - Normal rate is 17,150€ per week - For a 3 week booking owner would accept 15,750€ per week and for a 4 week rental would accept 14,300€ per week.

Villa 066 - Depending on the booking, this villa will offer either one free night, or 10% discount, or a case of wine.

Villa 170 - Exclusively for rentals in Apr, May or Sept - 1 week rental: 1 night free, 2 week rental: 2 nights free, 3 week rental: 3 nights free.

Villa 490 - From now until July (excluding the Film Festival dates) 6 massages per week included.

Villa 248 - If full rate is paid, the owner will add a case of champagne (only in July and August for minimum one month rentals).
