This lovely house is situated within 1.4 hectares of land containing terraced olive groves with over 250 olive trees and orange trees. The property even makes its own marmalade and olive oil! It is approached by a long winding driveway leading to the front of the house. From this arrival point, the view takes your breath away. Out of high season, the house is lived in by the owner’s family so it is decorated and designed as a home and not as a secondary residence. The main house is a stone building and retains the cool in the summer; however, all 5 bedrooms and living rooms still have ceiling fans.

Having entered through a large light hallway with ceiling stretching to the full height of the next floor, both the living and dining rooms lead onto the outside sitting area, shaded under arches from the hot sun with Indonesian and Moroccan furniture – a perfect place for a mid-day or evening glass of rosé. The area looks out onto a lawn, again with that view sans pareil. Steps lead from the lawn up to the swimming pool which is situated on a higher level.

The kitchen is Provençal style with a mix of wood, stone and modern steel and fully equipped with modern appliances.

The magnificent master bedroom is large with a super king-size bed and has an en-suite bath and shower (together, 41m²). From the bath, one can sit and enjoy the view across the olive trees towards the Mediterranean!

This property has the additional benefit of a pool house, which can be accessed from the main house and a separate apartment set back from the main house behind a stone wall. The pool house consists of two more double bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms and the apartment consists of 3 bedrooms looking out onto olive trees, with one double room and one with two single beds, as well as a kitchenette and a bathroom, with The Olive Suite – a double room with an en-suite shower. The apartment has air-conditioning.
