This villa is situated on the prestigious Cap d’Antibes, a short drive from Antibes, which is one of the most popular seaside towns on the coast due to its sandy beaches, picturesque old town and prestigious yacht harbour. The villa stands in a small but colourful and very pleasant garden, with lovely views of the sea through pine trees, and only a short walk to the beaches. Juan les Pins, the hottest night spot on the coast, is a short drive away. There is a well furnished living room and a separate dining room, both leading onto a large terrace.
