The flood lit garden provides a wonderful place to dine on a balmy evening with the lights of Cap Ferrat flickering in the distance. The main floor of the house, the pool and the sun beds are all on one level and all the bedrooms are up one flight of stairs to the first floor. The villa is fully equipped with all the latest mod-cons - a full library of over 100 DVD’s, two full size plasma screens, Sky satellite and Wi-Fi broadband connection. The bedrooms are all individually air conditioned, as is the kitchen which is equipped with an American fridge and ice maker.
