This delightful and tastefully restored Bastide stands in 11 hectares of grounds in a totally peaceful situation, but only a few minutes drive from the busy little village of La Mole.

All the bedrooms are both comfortable and decorated with their own individual colour scheme. Three of the upstairs bedrooms open out onto the back terrace, including the Master which is very big and has a sofa and easy chairs around its fireplace.

To one side of the house, there is a small, simply furnished annexe with two single beds; it is very much a “nanny’s cottage”, which is available on request for an additional supplement.

Although only 25 minutes drive away from St Tropez, this villa is in total seclusion. In addition, the nearest beaches of “Le Canadel” are much less crowded than elsewhere on the coast. The village of La Mole also offers some nice restaurants and practical shops.

The pool is situated well away from the house so noisy children do not detract from the general ambience, and the large acreage and many reception rooms enable everyone to enjoy themselves as they wish. There is also a wonderful and large outdoor eating and area.

All in all, this is a wonderful country retreat!

Small sitting room with TV. 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. 2 twin bedded rooms with en-suite bathrooms sharing a toilet. 1 twin/double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. 1 twin bedded room with 2 additional bunk beds and en-suite bathroom.

COTTAGE
1 twin bedroom with shower room and direct access to garden.

POOL
12 x 6 metres

IMPORTANT NOTE
Despite number of beds, maximum 12 people will be allowed in house + 2 extra guests in cottage.
