Built at the beginning of the twentieth century, this house has been entirely renovated and redecorated. It is located in a sheltered area only 600 metres from the heart of Cavalaire, with a fully fenced, attractive garden and swimming pool. The subtle, contemporary feel of the house inspires nothing but peacefulness and relaxation.

On the ground floor, the entrance hall opens onto the main room, with living and dining areas and a fireplace, with French doors opening on to the terrace, which is furnished with tables and chairs for al fresco dining.

On the first floor there are 2 double/twin bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room leading to the large terrace and the other one, with a separate bath and shower room, leading to a balcony. Both have views overlooking the garden, the swimming pool and the sea.

On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms; the master with en-suite shower room and 2 single bedrooms sharing a bathroom. All of these bedrooms have beautiful views of the garden, the pool and onto the sea beyond.

First Floor:
Two twin/double bedrooms; one with en-suite shower room opening onto a terrace with sea view and one with a separate bath/shower room opening onto a balcony, also with sea view.

Double bedroom with en-suite shower room – 2 small bedrooms sharing a bathroom. All with sea views.

POOL:
With pool house and separate toilet and shower room.

ANNEXE:
Independent apartment with two double bedrooms – American kitchen.
