This beautiful Mas is surrounded by olive groves and situated in 10 hectares of private land bordered by the Calavon River, near the village of Robion. Its location is ideal for exploring the hilltop villages of the Luberon, the local daily markets, and the abundant restaurants and vineyards of this renowned region of Provence. Other attractions are the antique markets of Isle sur la Sorgue, the river scenery of Fontaine de Vaucluse, the ochre village of Roussillon, and the picture-postcard village of Gordes, all within a short driving distance.

Access to the property is via a private driveway leading to a spacious area with shaded car parking spaces. The mature, landscaped gardens and trees frame southerly views of the Luberon Mountains across the valley. In the garden is a fenced area of lawn with a swimming pool (5 x 11 metres), pool house with summer kitchen and comfortable sun loungers. This secure pool area is particularly suitable for families with small children. The garden in front of the house has dining tables, sun umbrellas and deck chairs all perfect for enjoying the balmy, summer days in this calm and peaceful location.

The house consists of the main property with six bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, and a separate annexe with a seventh bedroom suitable for a nanny or staff who need their own self-contained and fully equipped accommodation. Out of season the house can be rented for a lower price without the annexe. The light and spacious rooms in this house are furnished simply and tastefully with neutral-coloured fabrics and thin, white, cotton curtains which screen the sun but give the rooms an airy feeling. These combine well with the distressed furniture, the terracotta tiled floors and traditional Provenal beamed ceilings.
