OVERVIEW:

Located just a short walk from the centre of the very pretty and thriving village of Eygalières in the heart of Les Alpilles, this house is almost too good to be true. It is hidden from the world at the end of a winding track, set in the midst of pine trees and cypresses. When the wrought iron gates of the property open a beautiful, verdant garden is revealed, featuring a lawn the grounds men at Lords would be proud of! The property also boasts a breathtaking and unobstructed view of Les Alpilles hills.

The pretty South facing house, has terraces to the front and on two of the sides where there is ample room to dine, enjoy a barbecue and relax, either in the shade or exposed to the Provençal sun.

The pool measuring 12 x 5m is covered and alarmed. Other features include a very well maintained tennis court, a table tennis table, Weber BBQ and ample parking space to the rear of the property.

The house is decorated and furnished in a pleasing, tasteful, modern but Provençal style, and has a very welcoming light and airy feel. It has air-conditioning throughout.

Ground floor:

Entrance from the rear of the house - Laundry room with washer and dryer - Secondary kitchen - Large high ceiling, open plan fully-equipped kitchen and dining room with doors opening onto the terrace - Small study - Very comfortable lounge with working fire place - Larger lounge with flat screen wall- mounted TV - Twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath, shower and W.C) - Additional separate bathroom with shower and W.C on this floor.

First floor:

South facing Master bedroom with 220cm bed, TV and en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower and W.C - Two further double bedrooms with 160 cm beds, both en-suite with shower and W.C.

GUEST HOUSE:

Fifth bedroom with twin/double bed, small living area and en-suite bathroom with shower and W.C. Situated near the swimming pool and ideal for teenagers, guests or staff.

POOL:

12 x 5 metres, can be heated and covered with alarm.

AMENITIES:
