This very pretty traditional villa is situated in Le Rouret and stands on 9000m² of land. It enjoys beautiful views over the countryside to the sea from Antibes to Eze. It has recently been renovated with taste and originality, to create a warm, cosy property full of character. The open plan dining room and kitchen, open directly onto a covered terrace with an outside dining area facing the large and attractive swimming pool. The large living room offers two sitting areas and opens directly onto a terrace, under a pergola, with outdoor seating and dining areas to enjoy the beautiful sea views. All of the villa’s bedrooms have en-suite facilities and have been decorated in different styles with different themes (Provence, Morocco, Africa…) All in all, this is the perfect place to have a relaxing holiday in a peaceful and quiet area of the French Riviera. A Guardian/housekeeper live on site in a separate little cottage and are available upon request for cooking, cleaning and babysitting.
