This recently refurbished ‘Corbusier style’ house, built in 1964, is set in the pine trees in a quiet and peaceful area of the idyllic Cap d’Antibes. As is typical in this style of house, the clean white concrete lines contrast with the rugged stone of the gable wall.

The infinity pool is finished in natural green/grey English Lake District slate and bordered with hardwood decking. The majority of the garden is also decked and terraced and provides peaceful all day “sunning areas”.

All in all, a great villa for clients wishing to relax near the sea and in a prestigious area, although not suitable for young children!
