This simple but very charming and well-equipped, old renovated farm is set in the middle of the countryside, but is located only a 5 minute drive to the villages of Gassin and Ramatuelle, and a 15 minute drive to the beaches of Pampelonne and the city centre of Saint-Tropez.
The entrance hall leads you to the living room on the right, and the dining room and fully equipped kitchen in front of you. The master bedroom, next to the living room has an en-suite bath and shower room.
On the lower floor, all the French doors lead you out to the lovely terrace, the garden and the pool with a view onto the old village of Gassin.
On the first floor, there are 3 very comfortable double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, all with en-suite shower rooms and a view of the garden, the pool, the countryside and the village of Gassin.
