			Situated in a tranquil area, but within walking distance of the medieval village of Le Bar sur Loup, this stone clad and entirely private property enjoys marvellous views down the Gorges du Loup and up to the famous village of Gourdon. Unusually, there are two entirely different separate villas on the property, with the swimming pool placed between them. The main building has a large drawing room with dining area and open fireplace and splendid views from the terrace, which runs the length of the room. The kitchen is quite large, decorated in a Provencal style and well equipped. It leads to a sheltered terrace within sight of the pool, ideal for "al-fresco" meals. There are three bedrooms in the main building. The first two bedrooms have twin beds (which can be made up as doubles) and en-suite bathrooms. The third bedroom is only accessible from the outside and has a double bed with en-suite shower room. Across the heated, rectangular swimming pool, newly renovated with a salt cleaning system as opposed to chlorine, is the Guest House. This lovely little stone house has a drawing room, with 2 armchairs that can be converted into single beds to accomodate 2 extra guests. 2 additional single beds can be provided on request. There is also a quite small but well equipped kitchen, and a terrace. Upstairs, the large double bedroom has marvellous views down the Gorges du Loup and an en-suite bathroom. The land around the houses is large but mainly terraced (so not really suitable for very young kids), with plenty of sunbathing areas. A boules court is located under the shade of an apple tree and the ancient stone terraces create an impressive backdrop. This is a special property. The views are stunning and probably not what you would expect of the Cote d'Azur. A reminder that despite being within half an hour of the coast and Nice Airport, you are quite literally on the edge of the pre-Alps, with a lot of potential exploring to do. The villa is very private and the property spacious, ideal for families or friends travelling together. Le Bar sur Loup is a typically Provencal village with several nice restaurants in the area and well placed to take maximum advantage of exploring the area towards the coast and further inland.
