			This is a beautifully restored stone farmhouse of 400 years, set in 8,000 m² of very private gardens. It is located in an extremely quiet and peaceful area, in the hills above Grasse, the famous “City of Perfumes”. The interior is decorated in a typical Provencal style with original wooden beams, large stone walls and terracotta tiles, providing a very cosy, comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The level of equipment is very good: monitored security system, electric gates with video surveillance, safe in each room, Sky satellite TV, DVD and complete Hi-Fi music system, High Speed Internet access and a lap top computer, fax machine, laundry room with two dryers and two washing machines. There are even 4 mountain bikes which are left available for the clients’ use! The property is also very well equipped for children, as there is a play area with swings in the garden, the pool is fenced, and cots, high chairs and staircase gates are available if required. The garden consists of seven ancient terraces planted with a hundred of mature olive trees. It includes various areas with chairs and benches that are perfect for reading or relaxing, a boules pitch and even a Golf practice net. Below these terraces is a large flat lawn area where the swimming pool is situated. It is a real sun-trap being in the sun all day and is furnished with teak seating and numerous sun beds. In addition to the main house, which sleeps 10 people, there is a guest cottage which is much more simply furnished but still comfortable and well-equipped, and which can accommodate 4 extra guests.
