This is a very nice villa decorated in a simple, uncomplicated way, enjoying a superb position on the famous Cap Ferrat, with amazing panoramic sea views. All rooms are both bright and spacious, and are decorated in a traditional Provencal style, with wooden furniture, traditional beamed ceilings etc… The accommodation is on two levels and includes five double bedrooms. They all have en-suite facilities and open out onto a terrace or a balcony with the same beautiful views onto Beaulieu, the Hotel Royal Riviera and the villa Kerylos. The garden is mainly terraced but includes a few flat areas for children and plenty of charming sitting areas to relax or enjoy a good book in a quiet and peaceful environment. There is also a boules pitch and a table tennis table. Beneath the villa is the tiled pool area, which is a great place to sunbathe and enjoy the wonderful surroundings. There is also a little path, behind the property, which leads straight to Beaulieu and is a 10 minute walk. GROUND FLOOR Spacious living room including sitting area with large sofas and open fireplace, and dining area. Large French doors open out onto a tiled terrace with blind and sea views. Large traditional Provençal kitchen opening onto the terrace. Spacious master bedroom with king size bed, en-suite bathroom and a terrace with sea views.
