The "Moulin" dates back to the XIVth century and served as the main olive mill for the region.
Set in a valley, under the walls of the medieval town of Vence with a stunning garden bordering the Lubiane stream. Although the mill has been transformed into a luxurious home, it still has all the original wheels, mill stones and workings.
This extremely spacious home has been beautifully restored and furnished in medieval style; the sound of water is heard from most rooms.
The large shady patio with its original barbecue and huge stone table seating up to 16 people is a perfect setting for entertaining.
The mature garden leads to a large heated swimming pool and pool house.

Spacious living/dining room with open fireplace and large oak table (seats 12). Vaulted sitting room with TV, DVD, ADSL connection. Guest toilet. Vaulted double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and dressing.

Beautiful fully equipped large kitchen. The mill room with mill wheels and workings leading to a twin bedded room with en-suite bathroom. Utility room with industrial washing and drying machine.

FIRST FLOOR
Master double bedroom with it’s own private sunny terrace and en-suite bathroom. Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Door leading to covered outside steps and shady terraced area to the 2nd floor.

SECOND FLOOR
Dormitory and playroom for children consisting of 3 sets of bunk beds, games, ropes, etc... Nanny’s quarters with double bedroom, kitchenette and en-suite bathroom.

12 x 6 metres, can be heated.
